Area 31 International Speech Contest was successfully conducted on March 20th
at Tsukuba University.
Congratulations to TM Ryuji Yokoyama for winning the second place at English contest
and TM Taeko Yahashi for winning the second place at Japanese contest.
Both will be representing Area 31 and competing in the Division contest at Yoyogi Olympic center on April 10th.
